Eterna has a cool vibe! Loved the spacious terrace and friendly staff. Breakfast options are limited, but at least I found a cozy cafe nearby. Just wish the shower didn’t leak and the roads were smoother for getting around.

Eterna is a gem! The breakfast was delightful, and I loved the local culinary finds nearby—try out Portal Tulum At Lanka for an amazing meal! Plus, the friendly staff like Jorge made everything feel like home.
However, the journey to the hotel is a bit bumpy with potholes. The surrounding area had flies buzzing around near a garbage disposal—definitely a little off-putting. Still, the vibe shines through!

The facts without the fluff
Stunning decor and a beautiful rooftop pool make for a fantastic stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the mid-level terrace hosted delightful cocktail nights. Bikes for rent provided easy access to explore the area. A quiet retreat, the Deluxe Room offered comfort and charm in abundance.

The lovely staff provided fantastic recommendations, making my solo trip memorable! My room was gorgeous and comfortable, offering excellent value. Plus, breakfast at the neighboring cafe was delicious!
The location is quite remote, requiring a car to access attractions. The area’s bumpy roads can be off-putting, and some rooms may not meet expectations, particularly in terms of cleanliness.

excellent service but very disapointing stay, the sewage smell and dirty sheets would have been fine if I had gotten an upgrade for my absoluteley absurd price. i could hardly believe the tasteless breakfast options for a so-called 'luxurious' hotel. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't get past the lack of any cofort at all.

The space and decoration of the deluxe room were impressive, with a very comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for dining nearby! I loved the comfort of the small kitchen, allowing for easy meal preparation. I also enjoyed the lovely nearby terrace, a great spot to relax after exploring.
The road access can be problematic, with some bumps along the way.
